On November 3rd, 2025, the Mega Technico JV Team hosted the Section 3 Career Fair for residents interested in labor and non-labor positions.

In October 2025, the Mega Technico JV Team unveiled the renovated model unit at Gowanus Houses, where residents had the opportunity to tour the new model unit and see the new kitchen and bathroom upgrades.

On July 26th, 2025, the MTJV team provided support for Gowanus Houses' Family Day. Click below for more info.
