Current Activity

Distribution of 30-day RANV/NOND relocation notices has begun at 195 Hoyt Street (B6). Resident move-outs are in progress.

All residents at 417 Baltic Street (4W) have been temporarily relocated. Move-backs are underway, with the remaining residents expected to return by early November.

Scheduled water shutdowns continue every Wednesday at 195 Hoyt Street (6W), with residents receiving advance notice prior to each shutdown.

The Resident Engagement Team and Relocation Coordinators continue to provide residents with ongoing communication and support throughout the relocation process.
What RESIDENTS CAN Expect
SERVICE IMPACTS

Temporary water, power and heat interruptions are expected as part of the work.

Residents impacted by the work will receive at least 72 hours’ advance notice before any water shutdowns.

Whenever possible, interruptions will be scheduled during regular work hours and limited to one building at a time.

These interruptions are expected to take place every Wednesday.

Construction staffing has increased across the development beginning in February 2026.

Work will take place floor by floor, starting at the top and moving downward, in groups of 8 apartments at a time.

Common areas will be cleaned and maintained daily throughout construction.
