MTJV is working with NYCHA on finalizing the design plan.

Throughout November, the construction team will be abating lead in the vacant units.

MTJV will be preparing the Hospitality Units for the temporary relocations.
What to Expect

Once construction starts, the team will be working floor by floor.

The construction team plans to be working on a minimum of 6-8 apartments at a time.

Throughout the construction process, the common areas will be maintained daily.
