Meeting #1: Team Intro and Design Talk

On April 2nd, 2025, we had our first all-resident meeting and launched the modernization process. Residents met the design-build team, received an overview of the work scope, and previewed initial design options. Click below to view the presentation and flyer.

Meeting #2: Voting Campaign Kickoff

On May 15th, 2025, we had our Voting Campaign Kickoff meeting, where based on resident feedback, MTJV launched the voting campaign and explained the process for residents to choose their favorite designs for their kitchen and bathroom. Click below to view the presentation and flyer.

Meeting #3: Temporary Relocation

On June 26th, 2025 MTJV hosted an all-resident temporary relocation meeting to introduce residents to the Relocation Specialist team and explain how the residents will supported. Click below to view the presentation and flyer.

Meeting #4: MTJV Quarterly Meeting

On December 11th, 2025 MTJV hosted their quarterly resident meeting to review the relocation process, phasing schedule, logistics and next steps.
